Wide Range of Layer

Layer Production

NUTECH Animal Feeds introduces two advanced feeding formulas, specially developed for KINGA laying chicks to ensure strong growth and superior productivity from the very beginning.

The first formula follows a structured, gradual transition from starter to layer phases, delivering stage-specific nutrition that supports healthy development at every step. The second formula combines a high-quality layer concentrate with finely ground corn, providing a balanced and efficient feeding alternative for consistent results.

With NUTECH’s scientifically designed feeding programs, you can achieve excellent laying performance, including:

  • Early onset of laying between the 18th and 20th week
  • High productivity with an average of up to 330 eggs per layer annually

Choose NUTECH for reliable nutrition solutions that maximize the performance and profitability of your poultry farm.

The Golden Rules

Data Tracking

Consistent data collection and monitoring are crucial for managing the health and performance of layers.

Sanitation Practices

Keeping poultry houses clean and free of pests, such as wild birds and rodents, is vital to maintain hen health.

Lighting Program

Maintaining stable lighting throughout both rearing and production phases is essential for egg-laying consistency.

1 Brooding period is very crucial for initial 4 weeks. Take atmost care.

2 Always keep chicks comfortable by means of Light, Ventilation, Space, Temperature, Water and Feed

3 Maintain vaccinations schedules on time every time

4 Body weight should be as per breed standards phase wise

5 Beak touching and trimming should be very appropriate and right age

6 Shifting of birds in phases must be done as per guideline

7 Lighting schedule for layer should be appropriate as per bird weight, season & production

8 Egg collection, Feeding time, Water supply and hygiene, Biosecurity should be followed strictly

9 Use appropriate medicines and additives to take care of birds from adverse effects and boost performances. Like Vitamin C, E, Immuno modulators, Antistress, Water sanitisers /acidifiers etc

10 Maintain daily records and flock reports

Note: Between 20-26 weeks of age there is a sharp rise in egg production from about 5% to 95%. For best results, practice good management and less disturbances to birds. Maximum feeder shaking should be done.

Between 27-40 weeks egg-lay will stabilise at 80-90% depending on breed and other management factors.

With NUTECH 80-95% egg lay is guaranteed during peak production under good management.
